Francis Allotey

Francis Allotey was a Ghanian mathematician and nuclear physicist.Through his work, he developed the Allotey Formalism a mathematical model that explains a physical phenomenon, specifically, how soft X-rays are emitted from certain materials like sodium and lithium.
